We’re a small, independent biltong company that cares fervently about taste & quality, and takes extra effort in providing a product that caters to the specific taste preferences of our customers.
We use techniques passed down the generations to create well-balanced, bold and tasty biltong. We aim to please the customers and will serve our product the way you best prefer it – wet, dry, thick chunks or thin slices, lean or with perfect yellow fat.
Our business, Clan, so named, pays homage to our heritage and our family members. The McLeod family is a strong unit who work together to produce quality biltong.
